3/23/2020 Monroe Auto Swap Meet status:

Due to the current Covid-19 virus situation the Early Ford V8 Club has canceled the upcoming 2020 Monroe Auto Swap Meet.  It was to be held on May 16th & 17th at the Snohomish County Fairgrounds in Monroe.  For registered vendors you can either roll your registrations over to 2021 or request a refund.  Registered vendors will be contacted with a short letter detailing your options, either through email or the regular US mail.  We look forward to hosting the 2021 swap meet!

One of the largest swap meets in the Northwest.  Old cars & parts, tools, N.O.S., equipment, engines, wheels, tires, sheet metal, auto literature, signs, toys, neon, gas & oil petrolinia, tractors, farm equipment, antiques and vintage collectibles, plus maybe some junk you’ll find interesting!  There’s always something that you’ll never expect to find.

2020 Swap Meet Booking

The 2020 Swap Meet booking starts for returning and new vendors January 2020.  All previously registered vendors have the option of renewing their existing stalls for 2020, until March 8th.”  After March 8th, any unsold stalls are offered to those on our wait list and new vendors. We send out a group email to all existing vendors during the first two weeks of January.

Please do not hesitate or wait until March if you want new stalls, because the sooner you send in your application the higher you are on the wait list. If you do not use email, please download the returning vendor application here:

2020 Additions

This year we’re adding Tractors, farm implements, ATVs, Quads, Motorcycles, mini-bikes and go carts to the 610 (Dairy Barn) building.  These are 11’x14′ stalls and are priced at only $20 until March 8th, after March 8th the prices go to $45/stall.  The 610 building has a dirt/clay floor.

All online bookings after May 12th requires mirror tag pickup at the administration building (600), your credentials will not be mailed out.  After May 12th, all stalls sales will be at the Fairgrounds starting on 10:00 am Friday morning.  Day of sale stalls starts at 10:00 am on Friday morning (05/15/20) in the administration building (600).  Day of sale stalls are $50, RV stalls are $75 and must be paid in cash or credit card only, no checks.  “Please park in the DOT lot right behind Monroe Co-op and walk in.”

No vehicle entry into the fairgrounds without a mirror tag, those needing to pick up their mirror tags on Friday the 17th can park in the DOT lot behind Monroe Co-op and walk to the administration building (600) to pick up their credentials.  Replacement mirror tags are $20.00

CAR CORRAL

The CAR CORRAL is in area 32 and is dedicated for selling cars, trucks, projects and motorcycles.  It opens on Friday  (5/15/20) at 12:00 pm noon and closes on Sunday at 2 pm.  You can leave your vehicle for three days including overnight as there is security on site.  If you wish to display and SELL your car, please turn up on the day of the event, pay $40 (cash) and park your car, projects on trailers O.K. ($50), motorcycles only $30.  Tow vehicle parking is another $20 plus another $20 for empty trailers.  Sorry, no pre-bookings available.
